The SERVPRO of Burlington/ Middlebury works with a number of commercial businesses in the area to assist with what we call post construction clean-ups.  Whenever a commercial business experiences some kind of water damage that requires demo, additions or remodeling you will come across construction dust throughout the area.  Contractors will cut flooring, trim work and will have to sand drywall in the area they are working.  As a result, there is a fine powder that will be on all horizontal surfaces.  When the construction portion is complete and all repairs or remodeling are done, the commercial business will contact us to schedule a crew to come out and clean the space before returning it to their tenant or customer.  We come in and do a thorough cleaning of the area, cleaning walls, baseboards, window sills and flooring.
