Commercial Sprinkler Pipe Leak in Middlebury, VT

This commercial office space located in Middlebury, VT was newly built and the occupants had recently relocated to their new space.  In cold temperatures on a winter night, one of the sprinkler heads froze and sprung a leak, soaking the office portion of the facility.  We acted quickly, extracting the water, removing cove base and drilling pilot holes to dry out the drywall without needed to extensive demolition.  Due to the building owner acting so quickly, we were able to dry the structure in place with minimal demolition, which enabled the tenant to get back to business without skipping a beat.
