Moldy basement

This basement suffered a long and on-going water intrusion from a slow leak on the first floor.  Following our demolition services, dryout and mold mitigation, the building owner is ready to reconstruct. 

In this case a large amount of water slowly affected the finished basement.  Mold growth was evident in all the content and structural materials.  This project involved removing all the content, cleaning the salvigable items and inventoring and discarding the non-salvigable items.  The demolition of affected building materials under negative pressure was performed by our IICRC Mold Mittigation Certified Technicians, and to the standard of the IICRC S520.
