Moldy basement

This basement suffered a long and on-going water intrusion from a slow leak on the first floor.  Following our demolition services, dry out and mold mitigation, the building owner is ready to reconstruct. 

In this case a large amount of water slowly affected the finished basement.  Mold growth was evident in all the content and structural materials.  This project involved removing all the content, cleaning the salvageable items and inventorying and discarding the non-salvageable items.  The demolition of affected building materials under negative pressure was performed by our IICRC Mold Mitigation Certified Technicians, and to the standard and care of the IICRC S520
