Over the course of the last year, it has been easy to see the reasons why the services of those who are essential are much more valued. From doctors to plumbers to grocers and everyone in between, those of us still working on the frontlines have our resolve tested daily. 

But the one thing that I've noticed over the last year, is that our teams still remain dedicated to providing our customers with the very best quality of service possible every day. Regardless of changes in circumstance, our teams have continued, day in and day out to think about our customers first. To set aside their own concerns about the future or current events. To continue to focus on the one goal that we all come to work for: getting our customers back on their feet after a disaster. 

As the owner of this company, I cannot tell you how grateful and proud I am to all of my team members for continuing to do what is right through this year. It wasn't always easy, and it wasn't always a clear path, but when push came to shove, we came though for our customers. And that's exactly why our company continues to earn your business every year.
